If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (perish the thought), please return the item within 7 days for a refund. Refunds will only be given if goods are returned unused and as new in their original packaging. Please avoid scratching or marking the leathers.

If you smoke please make sure that the item is sent back quickly before it absorbs any smokey smells! Some people find smokey odours unpleasant and this will render the item useless for resale.

The refund amount of any order will exclude the initial postage and packing costs which are non refundable. Please include a note stating your reason for return.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of any measurements provided and for assessing the suitability of stock footwear and items for personal use.

Please try shoes on indoors on a clean surface, wearing very thin socks to keep the interior of the shoe clean.

Footwear made to order in any of our standard sizes and colours may be returned for a full refund (excluding post and packaging costs) provided they are returned unused and undamaged within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we feel that the specific requirements of the order cannot be fulfilled.

Customers receiving goods outside the EU will be responsible for any local taxes or duties.

Customers ordering footwear with pointed toes should be aware that Fairysteps is not liable should you trip and injure yourself in any way. They are to be purchased and worn at customers own risk. I personally have never tripped up but I do have to put this disclaimer here.
