Waiting List
Because FAIRYSTEPS is a small cottage industry I have to operate a waiting list! This can be very irritating for customers BUT please remember, the shoes are in essence limited editions... its partly what makes them so exclusive! Current status for bespoke FOOTWEAR orders is shown below, month by month for the current / following year.
Any months showing FULLY BOOKED means that even if you order now, your order will not be made and sent until the following next clear month. If you are paying by cheque your name will still go on the waiting list but I will not bank your cheque until I actually start working on your order. Sometimes I manage to catch up (imagine!) which means I will start on orders earlier than booked. If this is the case I will email you and let you know.
Once your shoes are made an email will be sent informing you of their despatch.

ACCESSORY ORDERS are usually sent within 4 to 6 weeks of the order date.
